MILLBAY
AN ESTABLISHED RESIDENTIAL WATERSIDE QUAY

Left Right

Millbay’s transformation is one of the largest regeneration projects in the south of England, and with £200 million being invested, the boat is truly being pushed out to create a vibrant new coastal quarter for Plymouth – Britain’s Ocean City.

With the historic former docks built by the Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel at its heart, Millbay is an exciting mix of homes, leisure facilities, business and retail development, with landscaped outdoor space around the waterfront for everyone to enjoy.

Now a busy and engaged community, with more than 400 new homes, new businesses, the new 1,000-pupil Plymouth School of Creative Arts, the 171-berth King Point Marina and the successful Dock restaurant, all helping establish Millbay as Plymouth’s new destination.

And the work isn’t over yet. Proposals for the next exciting phase of regeneration have been unveiled featuring a hotel and more apartments opposite the inner harbour which are set to add to the success of the area.

Please note future development will be subject to financial viability and the securing of satisfactory planning consent from the Local Planning Authority.
